Yeah, absolutely. Great spaces as always. Thank you very much for inviting us. I would say that I extend that invitation to anyone who wants to jump in our Telegram discord or just ask questions here on Twitter or X. The team is at land X. It's very active, so we're always accessible and always love to have conversations and answer questions no matter how easy or hard. So anybody at any time can drop in those channels and engage with the team member to have all your questions answered. But as far as Alpha goes, in the coming weeks, as soon as we get some internal things wrapped up and do our due diligence, we're gonna have our credit mechanism that I referenced earlier in the episode that's going to be coming online and going live pretty soon.
So I would definitely keep an eye out for that. It's, of course, going to be most beneficial to a lot of our real world farmers, but the implications of it are going to be very far reaching and do a lot to change the face of Landex, as a lot of different investors know it. So keep your eyes peeled on that.

Wonderful. Thanks a bunch, mentor. I don't know if you're still there. We having issues with my Twitter x. Sorry, I if you have one last word. Oh, maybe not. All right. I do think I'm gonna wrap it up on my end.
So I was really happy to have you. It was a nice chat.I'm sorry we couldn't answer all the questions we had in a discussion, but guys, feel free to answer them. I'm pretty sure people will join and your discord, Twitter, whatever to discuss with you and ask us questions directly on our hand.We are really happy just to wrap up on Mintera's side because we did a partnership a few days ago. Mintra will be launching its stock in live, I think in September, October. I don't know if it's, if the date is fixed right now, but what we're working on is because arrival is recognizing all the real world asset, but mainly on the environmental side, we're gonna a finance a solar farm to be able to have energy for a deep in protocol, for deep in storage protocols. So basically what we said before, we're gonna help them scale the capacities with the data storage capabilities, and we're gonna work mainly on the solar energy side and being able to invest directly into it into a revenue sharing model.
And yeah, on next week, we're relaunching our token on polygon. We were previously on Cadano and we're really happy to join the overall e EVM ecosystem because we feel it's a good one. And then when I say EVM, it's Ethereum, even if we are on polygon right now. It was really a nice chat and speak soon in the next phase, I guess.

Yeah, if I understood the question correctly, I think that a coalition of RW projects would definitely be a good thing. I know there are several groupings and organizations that are somewhat aligned to that purpose of advancing the space forward and getting clarity and things like that. And I mean, it's probably a little early as far as lobbying goes for getting regulations pushed through, at least in some countries like the United States, unfortunately. But yeah, I think that is definitely the way to go and to have a conglomeration of advocates for the merits and the advantages of tokenization in general, not specific only to projects here in, in the spaces today, but across the entire industry would definitely be a good thing.
Speaker 1
38:57 - 39:49
Yep. Thanks a bunch. Thanks a bunch. I think mintra is a, is out. I'm not sure he is willing to come back. Maybe he can't. I think I'm getting rugged in the space. I have a little bit of issues.
Just to wrap it up, because I do believe, oh yeah, Mintra, are you back? I had one question before you because you weren't speaking that much in the past minutes. One question, which was in a chat, quite an interesting one. The the it's from Alex. He says he understands that you're active in deep in, but especially green deep in, thanks to renewable energy. Hayne was wondering how do you build those projects, which kind of renewable in energy? And how do you integrate the organization?
Speaker 5
39:53 - 42:46
Yeah, right. So yeah, at minteras, the asset that we are tokenizing is the storage. So basically we connect a token with a storage capacity. And the main benefit is that it's mainly the cost killing. So basically, if you buy today a storage to web 2 services, so for example, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft is gonna cost you around $25 per month quarter by perturbate. And with deep installation, you can have the same level of security, the same level of redundancy. And you can buy only your terabytes per of storage per month at $5.So what we are doing us, it's we tokenize the storage and the main benefit is just the cost skinning.
And just to answer, you know, the, the, the all the questions before about liberalization, about security, about our LWA is working and all of this thing. Personally, I think that liberalization, we do not need that in our industry because you know, natively in the smart contracts, if it's properly audited and natively if your company is registered audited, you do not need to be labeled because the security provide by your token and the connection with the world assets that you are tokenizing, normally it should be integrated so it's native. So we do not need Tamil. There is to prove that you are great. So that's the first thing. The second thing, if I have to answer the question about how we walk and what we are doing in terms of green energy and all of these things. Today, we have a farm, so we have more than 10,000 terabytes of storage. And alpha of this RAM is today alignted by French supplier called ng and the other ALF is alignted by green energy and mainly photovoltaic solar or energy.
And our goal is to be 100% supplied by Grain Energy in the future. Football take and eat whole water or, you know, energy to supply or farm. And yeah, I think that's. Sita.
Speaker 1
42:49 - 44:17
Thank you. Thanks a bunch. Just I think Richard is having a lot of questions for Landex, like a whole bunch of questions. I'm not sure we're gonna be able to treat every questions right now because we're gonna end up the space in like five to 10 minutes. I must say I do need to go to an event in Brussels, so I won't be able to make it an hour and a half long. But Lendex, Kyle, if you wanna answer all the questions directly in the chat, you can definitely. There are like 5 or six questions, even more. So don't hesitate.

Just maybe there was one question because we were talking about investment and I had one question at the beginning, which I felt was really interesting. Let me fan it back. It was for a newbie. Oh, gosh, no, it's not there. I'm gonna find it. Wait SEC, sorry for that parking. No, gosh, cryptotopo.Yeah, he was asking for a skills and knowledge that new investors need to succeed in the tokenization age as the name of the space is.
Like if you have one, two or three small advice for anybody who's entering the space, what would it be in a natural?
Speaker 2
44:21 - 44:25
Yeah, I would. Yeah, you can you can roll index.
Speaker 4
44:26 - 46:11
Yeah, so first off, let me invite the listener who has questions for Landex to jump in our official discord or Telegram channels, and I'll be there following this AMA and I can give you all the answers you need and would be more than happy to have an in depth conversation with you about whatever you'd like to talk about. But as far as what advice I would offer an investor to be successful in the digital space, I would say all of the skills that successful investors have in traditional finance are applicable to blockchain investing because essentially, especially in the arena of real world assets, here you're speculating and investing and buying and selling and trading the same things. The only difference is you're doing it in a superior way. You're doing it with much more efficiency, potentially much more security, more transparency. So all of the skills that are required in traditional investing, whether you're a trader who, who may, who goes in and out of different assets using technical analysis or, you know, fresh off reading a pass through of the intelligent investor and looking for value investing like Warren Buffett, all of those skills are gonna come over seamlessly into the blockchain space.I would say that right now, since it's such a new industry, we have a somewhat high barrier to entry when it comes to the user experience and user interfaces. So there's gonna be an element of technical familiarity that would be very well suited to helping investors navigate the digital space. But those would be my small things.
Speaker 1
46:12 - 46:22
Yeah, thank you. Anybody else wants to have a small word or we gonna go for the words of wisdom at the end of the space?
Speaker 2
46:24 - 46:33
Yeah, just a basic understanding of the blockchain technology is a huge plus for the investors who would like to invest in the RWA.
Speaker 1

It's all like you were starting. So please go ahead.
Speaker 2
47:22 - 47:25

Speaker 1
47:25 - 47:37
Yeah, no worries. It's just about I, if you have any alphas to share, any steps on your roadmap that you wanna share with the people that are there. Please go ahead and then I think we're gonna wrap it up.

You can read what we are doing, how we are doing that and soon we launching our new property and the loss of our investors get in a few days plus 20% API from their investments just because they invest on the early stage in the construction stage. So that's what we are bringing to the world right now. Thank you.

Cheesman. And Kai, if you wanna have a last one.
09 Jul 2024, 01:31
And that's the edge that is your assets have today. And eventually, once we build in, you know, a lot of what Alec touched about, which is extremely crucial, we will eventually have the edge on the whole market, but that's where I see the sectors that are right currently even better, individual assets versus traditional assets.
Speaker 2
33:12 - 36:36
Yeah, and one thing that I would like to add, well, just like one little thing. And when we are just, when we are talking about the physical assets or the real world assets, there is a lot of like crucial things that should be done also. For example, I have a con, I had a conversation few months ago on the consensus with one guy who are developing the platform for and the platform for the organization of the diamonds. And I have asked him how, what kind of benefits he will bring to the world with his platform. And they saying that they just want to create the platform that where people can put their diamonds and sell them easily to other people. But there is a question always what is related with the physical asset? Who will be that point of the decision making about like what kind of person are owning that assets and how that assets will be transferred from one person to another person. And from my point of view, there is a lot of perspectives from that for the oracles who should bring the more value and where the assets should be stored or the Oracles who will bring the data on the on chain from the real world, like legal companies, like other type of companies.
For example, on our platform, we have for the real estate, the management Oracle that are in the real world, they just doing everything to rent that property and then to pay that rental to the investors. So that kind of things, in my opinion, are really important for the war, for the critical world right now, and that what should be developed in the near future and more and that kind of things need more attention from the perspective of developers, investors and all other guys. And the solution for that case with the diamonds, what I recommend to that guys to do, it's to create their own depository where the people will send their diamonds and then when they trade it on the marketplace, they will be available to get the diamonds in anytime from the depository. So that's the way how it should works and that's the way how the real world assets should works. In my personal opinion, probably there is more cases and condition how it should be done. And for example, with the Pokemon cards, the same case with the depository or to some trusted person or to some trusted place where those cars will be stored. What do you think about it?Yeah, almonds, do you hear me?
Speaker 4
36:43 - 36:46
I can hear you, Oleg, but I don't hear anyone else at the.

Moment. Yeah, sorry, I had a bit of a medicine, I think almost needed to leave because he had another important meeting. So I think you guys can just have the discussion another time. But I, I, I, it's a really cool one. And I'm just wondering, just following up on everything you just said. I'm wondering if we should have like an industry wide association of bunch of association working together just to have some like to be able to level analyzed. I know it's really web 2 way of thinking thing, but as long as the regulation is not there to go faster would be, would it be interesting to have some sort of level that are really given out by industry leaders that are working on this. So it's just a random thinking on that topic because you just had a really cool discussion.
Speaker 2
37:52 - 37:56
Yeah, sure. Maybe someone else would like to say something.
And that's the edge that is your assets have today.

Yeah, sure. Maybe someone else would like to say something.
09 Jul 2024, 01:31
Speaker 4
23:28 - 24:31
Yeah, I was just gonna say really quickly on the first part of that question, I think the obvious answer is it has broken wide open many different asset classes that were not accessible by people at the retail level, at the armchair investor level, basically your everyday people who are getting into investing are able to access an entirely new set of asset classes. So this could be anything from fine art like paintings from, you know, different time periods in history to, of course, there was a doubt that attempted to purchase the Constitution of the United States a while back, and that's all done through fractionalization. So I think fractionalization is really one of the most innovative aspects of digital investing and tokenizing all these different asset classes throughout the industry. And you'll have to forgive me, but I'll yield the floor to someone else to answer the second part of the question because frankly I can't remember exactly what it was.
Speaker 1
24:32 - 24:49
Yeah, no worries. The second part was about the risks. Is it more risky or not to invest because it's a, some sort of free market? And the questions was really, is it more riskier because of the all these cabs and fraud, etc. Or does it eliminate the risks?
Speaker 4
24:54 - 26:18
Yeah, sure. So I think that the answer is a little more complicated than just it is more risky or it is not more risky because it depends, of course, on which platform and which protocol you're engaging. So we have tons of instruments in place through smart contract audits, through insurance mechanisms like the Land X Insurance Safety module that we employ to guarantee not only real world crops against crop loss, but also token integrity and token pricing integrity. Proof of reserves is also something that's coming to be an expectation instead of a luxury for investors when it comes to these things. So all of these different mechanisms and tools and devices exist around investing in the digital space that are available to cautious investors. But really, it's up to the investor to choose to interact with certain protocols and to avoid con interacting with other protocols. But I think the longer answer to the question is that it can be much safer than the traditional world, if an investor has a prudent risk management approach to investing because all of the tools are in place and readily accessible. If you look for them.
Speaker 1
26:21 - 26:30
Thank you. Thank you. I've seen all like you wanted to ask something or to say something. Sorry, adding on this topic of the risk.
Speaker 2
26:30 - 31:15
Yeah, just a few words about how it can be secured, right? And from one side, everyone is understanding that digital assets is a free market and all this stuff. But all of us understand that regulation are coming to the market. And right now, digital assets become a regulated mechanism and regulated asset as a traditional one.So it's just depends, as my colleagues say, that it's just depends on the platform and any investor need to check the legitimity of the platform because the platforms that are not using some kind of legal frameworks that are given the possibility to recognize the assets. It's, it, it, this is like, this is not the right way to invest in those assets. Because I hear a lot of people doing RWA right now, but nobody like, not not not nobody, but most of them doesn't understand what is RWA is. And most of them are thinking that if they just issue the tokens and attach somehow they will attach that asset to their to their to the token and everyone will trust to them.
Speaker 4. 23:28 - 24:31.

It's working fine. It's working fine. Hi, guys. Hello. Nice to have you.
Speaker 1
02:29 - 04:36
Here. I think we'll wait a few more minutes so that people can join in.Alright, I think we have everybody on board. We have MIntera. Yeah, we have LandX, we have BinaryX, and we have, I think that's it, BinaryX. And yeah, we're here. And Polytrade almost cool. Wonderful.
I think we can get started and people can join. I'm really happy to have you here today. For everybody who's listening, don't hesitate to ask any questions directly in the comments, and that'd be amazing because we have a great lineup here today. I think to get started, I want to everybody that's speaking to have a few words on who they are, what they're working on. And then afterwards, I just gonna say a few words about the topic, which is the evolution of investment strategies in the tokinitiation age. And then we can get started. I have a few questions, and I'm pretty sure the people in the audience have questions too, though. So that's, that will be amazing.
Is anybody willing to take the stand first on our guests or I'm gonna just pinpoint someone. Okay, go ahead. Or like.
Speaker 2
04:38 - 05:46
Yeah, hi guys and it's pleasure to be here and thank you so much for the invitation. I will introduce myself in a few words. My name is Ola Hamsio and founder of Binary X. And Binary acts is a real estate organization gateway and the protocol that given the possibility to anyone and any property developer, owner and real estate agency tokenize their own properties without any problems with the our solution and our framework. So, and to the investors, it's a possibility to invest from 50 bucks in the real world assets such as real estate on our platform. And currently we have 10,000 registered users and more than 1 million GDL. We have successfully launched a few of our products and that related with the initial organization on the construction stage, like mechanization when the properties are ready and secondary market. So that's all from my side.
Thank you so much.
Speaker 1
05:47 - 05:53
Thanks, bunch. Looking forward to learning more about you guys. I think all this from Polytrade is willing to take the stand.
Speaker 3
05:56 - 07:25
Thank you. Firstly, thanks for having us on the spaces. I had strategy at Polytrade. My personally, my backgrounds been in investment banking and venture capital. Then we pointed for about two and a half years now I polluted. We are solving, we're building kind of an Amazon for RWS. So we're solving some problems in terms of, you know, basic discoveries for someone, you know, like all like said to find their assets, maybe where can they find real estate? They can come to Polytrade, search for either a city or, you know, their investment criterion.
And with our AI search, olex assets should pop up and they can easily compare these assets across chains, across protocols. And we're also building an inbuilt secondary market where people can fractionize and trade these assets at one place. Part of our road map is also to take these assets finally cross chain. So an asset that's say on polygon, someone on base can come and buy that.So that's what we're doing. We currently have about 20,000 users on our protocol. We're currently in beta. About 5,000 assets listed there across nine categories.

And we've got, you know, we're partnered with some of the big names like Ondo, Centrifuge, Goldfinch, 4 k. Apart from what we do in Defi, we also work on the institution side. So we're one of Mastercards partners on the Mastercard MTN network, building kind of a similar tokenization marketplace for banks and interbank transactions. So I'll stop there. Thanks for having us again and looking forward to the discussion.

Magnificent. Thank you. Thank you. And if you happen to be in Brussels, I'd be happy to meet you, all of you guys. I think we can go with Landex. I don't know who's behind Landex today, but I'm used to have you on space. But yeah, please go ahead.
Speaker 4
07:42 - 08:28
Hey, yeah, so I'm Kyle. I'm with Landex. We are tokenizing agricultural commodities and revolutionizing foreign finance by providing fair lending terms to real world farmers. And on the flip side of that, we allow them to make their loan payments and the crops that they harvest. And then we tokenize those and make them available to defy in digital investors to get exposed closure to agricultural commodities. So we pretty much have our hands on everything that has to do with real world agricultural farming, and then bringing that into the digital age of investing by tokenizing those assets and making them available to anyone.
Speaker 1
08:29 - 08:45
Cool, that's really cool. And I do have one project for you in the high averages with Coco and coffee. I've been speaking with you guys and it can be amazing. Thanks a bunch for your presentation. I think Gina from mentor, I can just introduce himself in mantra.
Speaker 5
08:47 - 09:46
Yes, Vincent, nice to meet you. Thanks for seeing us in that research space. So I'm Julian. I'm the CEO of Mintera. Basically, what we are doing is that we enable users to earn a stable coin usdt, based on our shipping mining farms. So we are mining only storage shipping such as fiction stores, iOS, Sia, and all those protocols. And today we have almost 100 orders and 1 hundred k of TVL. And we plan to list token at the end of September.
So we already secured a great launch pad such pools, boot packs, CDFY, and those are sets such as Gates or Maxi. And yes, we are working out on deep in so I shipping.
Speaker 1
09:53 - 11:21
Cool. Thank you. Had a little lag. Wonderful. And I just wanna remind for all our guests and people in the audience, in case you have any questions for anybody, for everybody, just put it in the chat and will be happy to answer them. Just to say a few words before deep diving into what's the topic of today. So we wanted to speak about the evolution of investment strategies in the tokenization haze age. It means everything and nothing, but we're trying to explore this topic today.
We all know that the organization is transforming the way we invest. It's democratizing access to assets, classes that were previously inaccessible or hard to access, and it's creating new opportunities for investors of all sizes. It can be real estate, we have binary, it's there. It can be fine art, it can be environmental assets. As we are doing that, we able, yeah, tokenization is breaking down bars and it's reshaping the financial landscape. So let's deep dive, and I wanted to ask our panelists and speakers if somebody wants to briefly explain what tokenization actually means in your respective industries. And maybe I'll highlight the main benefits it brings to traditional investment models and traditional asset classes. I don't know who's willing to get first on this topic.
And we've got, you know, we're partnered with some of the big names like Ondo, Centrifuge, Goldfinch, 4 k.

I can go first if you want, guys, and if you don't mind, yeah, go ahead. Okay, okay. Okay. Thank you. And it's glad to hear that a lot of guys are building a different products and building a lot of different great stuff. And I'm pleasure the the that creator industry start developing like that and start bringing the real value to the world at this moment. Because before it was really hard to find some kind of projects so that bring some kind of real value. And right now, I see that the world are changing and the crypto spaces change, changing.
And that's really impressive. And answering in your question in a simple way, I would explain what the organization is for us. And in our conditions, recognization is just a simple think that helping to the people transfer their ownership rights from the physical form to the digital form in the form of tokens. And that's how tokenization works for us. When the people who would like to tokenize their real estate can, can make, can make something for it and who will be an owner of the real estate through tokens. And those people are, will be able to receive a lot of benefits from the tokens and from the ownership because they will be able to transfer those tokens easily without using the intermediaries like notice and like notaries and lawyers. And that's what the organization is in our way.
Speaker 1
13:20 - 13:52
Cool. Thank you. Thank you. And yeah, actually it's really amazing to see that there are so much project out there that are really trying to have reload impacts, whatever that means. But actually not only a small bubble of take enthusiasts trying to do stuff, but without being able to be in the real world at the end of the day. Maybe if we take the same order for you almost from Perry Trade, what does it mean to token, I think, and how, how, what's the main benefits you see?
Speaker 3
13:56 - 14:06
Yeah, I'm just gonna repeat the question back. I'm having a few issues with Twitter on my side, but essentially it's about what does tokenization mean and what are the benefits and they get that right.
Speaker 1
14:08 - 14:13
Yeah, definitely brings the bunch.
Speaker 3
14:15 - 17:14
Yeah, so I think at polytrade, we define tokenization as a token that represents value of chain, right? And I honestly, we work across so many acid classes that it's very different for each asset class right there. At the end of the day, you just need to have some value transfer happening of chain to on chain. And this can look significantly different on what type of token it is, right? It could be a security token, could just be a, it could just be a simple contract where there's a buyback laws, right? So you could say like a company agrees to launch this NFT, but agrees to buy it back after sometimes it's a simple contract at that we're seeing. I was just on a call with a company that's doing CFDs. So you can have stocks, but they're actually contracts for difference and they're not stocks themselves that are trading.
And that could be a huge unlock in tokenization. But at the very core, it's an off chain asset or the value of the tokenized asset is off chain. And that's how the on chain asset derives value in essence. And it's got, it's very important have a good legal structure and really good technical structure because while working with so many different asset classes, we realize the technical structures are also very fragmented. So we're building now pipelines to onboard RC 20, seven, 20 ones, one, 1,5, five, seven, 21 A's and so many more. And it's, I think it's part of the work that we need to do is really standardize how this tokenization occurs for each asset class. But the benefits, I think, numerous. The easy ones to see are, you know, instant settlement, for example, right?
Speaker 2. 11:25 - 13:18. I can go first if you want, guys, and if you don't mind, yeah, go ahead. Okay, okay. Okay.

09 Jul 2024, 01:31
So when in the traditional world, I buy a stock, it takes 2 days to settle into my brokerage account on chain. Its instant, right? Similarly, if a large institution wants to say fund, a credit fund, it takes a lot of time to get the paperwork done and them to actually start earning money on their investment. In fact, when we go with Mastercard to some of these banks, the No. 1 thing that we're saying to them is here, this is delivery versus payment, right? It's called DVP. You're instantly getting the asset as soon as you make the payment. It's on the same network, happens instantly.Other than other, there is, there are, I think a huge, there's a huge unlock in terms of interoperability.
So if we look at, you know, asset that we're tokenizing today, which are already available and easily accessible off chain, what's the unlock there? The unlock is that we can interoperate. So a Tesla stock on chain is better than a test stock off chain. Because on shame, I can get a loan instantly on that Tesla stock, which is not possible option, right? At least I personally have never been able to use my broker account and get a margin call, margin loan on my stocks. But Onsen is gonna be super easy to do that. Those are some of the benefits. I think there are numerous benefits to this.
Creating an ecosystem that I can talk to each other, creating multiple protocol that talk to each other is just, we cannot even think of the amount of thing that can come out of this in the long run.
Speaker 1
17:15 - 17:33
Yep. Thank you. Thanks, bunch. And I know you must leave quite soon. So maybe I really wanted to learn more and the people can learn more about your standard. I think polytrade is his offering a standard, which is this 69,60. Maybe in a nutshell what it is all about.
Speaker 3
17:37 - 19:58
So 6,9,6,0, we created, you know, thanks for that question. We created this about, I think, a year ago when we were working at that time with GPM to create a standard for invoice receivables. And we essentially cratosolve four things. One is just fractionization. So you don't need to, you know, put the acid in a wall to fractionize it. A buyer can automatically come and fractionize based on the parameter that the issuer has put into the protocol. So it's violate fractionization. The second is payment splitting.
So, you know, if an issuer has issued this asset and he wants to settle the asset and there are multiple children of the asset, are multiple fragments of it, you simply just settle the mother and automatically the payments are sent out to all the children NFTs that are created. So that's number two.No.3 is something really important in your world assets, which is, you know, the real world scenarios that come up, right? So software indication, hardware indication, what happens at a default. So building in some of these scenario plans into the token itself, right? What happens to the token when, what is the late penal interest paid, who pays it? And then who can vote to dissolve the token if that's needed. And the last piece is, which we're working with, you know, some of these a bridges is to create 6,9,6,0 as a representation of any acid class on another chain.
So when in the traditional world, I buy a stock, it takes 2 days to settle into my brokerage account on chain.

But it's not the way how it works. Probably the platforms what are doing by that way can work right now because of there is a lack of understanding from AU and audience how everything is works. But in the common way, and in a common way, there is a like main problem of knowledge for the investors and to build that knowledge and give them the possibility to understand what is the difference between good recognized assets and the bad recognized assets. So this is one of the most important like questions and the things that can exist, actually, I will be honest with you, and it's really hard to understand for the people who are not from the space, but for those who are in the space, they understand really well what platform is legit and what is not legit. And for example, for us, I will just tell you few words about what we are doing and how we are doing that. So I'm doing the organization since 2019, so for a couple of years already. And I'm trying to build something that will be accessible and transparent and all this stuff. And before 2021, when some kind of law was start changed.
And 2022 when we can find that low and start using it, there's were no possibility to legally connect the token with the asset and give the possibility to the investor, check what kind of tokens are connected with to the legal entity. And for us, just just for example, I'm not saying that it's like just one way how to do that. But for us, what we're doing is we creating the Dao Loc is the type of entity what was invented in United States. And that type of entities can be managed by the smart contract on the blockchain and person who owns the token from that smart contract can go to the company registry of United States I. O. Of Wyoming State at any time and check if that exactly company are controlled with the that company what is own the asset that company is controlled by the smart contract from what that investor has his own token or no, and that create a really transparent and understandable way how everything should be connected from the perspective of the transparency and blockchain technology. And person right now who holding the asset and the token on his wallet right now can connect everything and go through all steps and check what kind of legal entity and what kind of assets are sold on that legal entity and what kind of, how to say it by the right way, what kind of value he own.
Speaker 1
31:18 - 31:25
Yeah, definitely. Thanks, branch. And I do think, yeah, almost. Go ahead. You wanna add something?
Speaker 3
31:28 - 33:12
Yeah, I think just a second, a lot of what Alex said there. I think there we have a long way to go still to make this kind of the same risk profile as something off chain, right? We need to be clear on what the legal rights are of these token holders, we need to be clear about who the issuer is and that their own backing. I think regulation need to come in to make all of that stronger.Till then, I also feel there's a piece of this where we say, where do business assets even today outshine traditional asset classes, right? And I would break that into two things. One is, can we bring access to somebody does not have access, right? For example, on pointed marketplace, we're seeing a lot of people from emerging economies look at gold as an asset class, right?
Cuz they just don't have access to it. Or dollar denominator assets like Treasury buildback stable coins, which are open for secondary trading, right? So we're giving people access who do not have the alternative as additional to the digital routes, right? So that is a big competitive ads that digital assets have today. So that's what we can do today. The other piece is creating, monetizing new asset classes, right? Like Pokemon cards or art, which have not been really monetized till now. So even in developed economies, there is no place to go and trade, say, Pokemon collectibles and Pokemon cards, right?
But it's not the way how it works.

So I initially hinted upon this earlier, but for example, if you have, say, you know, a land x token on polygon, it could be x wheat, for example, and there is a lender that is lending on X wheat or similar commodities on base. We can have a 6 and 6,0 actually represent the Land X token that is on polygon, but it is on base. And the user can go and get a collateral zone on top of it. And this is something we're really hyped about, building an embedded lending and making it cross chain is one of the core goals that put it has over the year. So that 6,9,6,0 nutshell, even today, if you go to Polytrade Marketplace Market or General App, you can in a sense buy and sell any of these assets which are wrapped in 6 and 6:00. So you're actually interacting with the 6 and 60 and not the underlying token, which is wrapped in a wallet. So it's seen a lot of volume now. We're really proud of it, and it's core to what we wanna build in the future, going cross chain and enabling embedded finance.
Speaker 1
19:60 - 20:13
Amazing. Congratulation. Thanks for this infos in the natural. Maybe, Landex, I wanna revert back the question to you. What are the main benefits you see using tokenization in your use case?
Speaker 4
20:17 - 22:49
Yeah, so actually I'll kind of piggyback off what Polly Trade referenced a little bit earlier, talking about tokenization of credit disbursement and credit extensions because we're working on something quite hard behind the scenes. It's going to be pretty innovative and pretty game changing for a lot of people that, oh, enable people to use some of their real world assets as collateral for loans.Right now, we, everybody knows exactly what Polytrabe was talking about, that it's true you can go on and instantly get loans. But for the most part, and this isn't true everywhere, but for the most part, those loans tend to be overcollateralized to hedge against the risk of default, right, and to guarantee protocol solvency. But you can eliminate that need when you're engaging an asset class like real world assets, where there's actual real life proof that assets are under ownership and exist in the first place. So that's one way that's really impacting the products that we're offering and the services that we're developing. But of course, you know the elephant in the room is going to be just tokenizing agricultural commodities that have been such a perennial driving force and investing, especially amongst your bigger investors, institutional investors, hedge funds, things like that. Money, money manage, money market managers have almost always included agricultural commodities as part of a well balanced portfolio as a diversification instrument.
So through tokenization, we can bring exposure to that asset class on chain and offer it to digital investors, which is opening up an entirely new a strategy for being a digital investor. No longer do digital investors have to balance their digital portfolios with their real life portfolios, we're merging those two areas of investing to modernize finance as a whole and make everything accessible on chain instead of keeping those worlds traditional finance and decentralized or digital finance siloed. Tokenization is really just making the future of finance possible, and we benefit and leverage that technology by bringing Anche, one of the world's oldest asset classes in agricultural commodities, the food grown by farmers that everybody needs to survive.
Speaker 1
22:52 - 23:20
Amazing. Thanks a bunch. Thanks a bunch. I already see we have some questions in the chat. Maybe we're gonna take one because I feel it's really interesting. It's from tempests. So how has the evolution of technology impacted the accessibility of investing for the average person? And so the second part is really interesting.
Is it more riskier because of scams, fruit, etc. Or does it somewhere eliminate to eliminate this dough risks? That's a good question. Actually.
Speaker 4
